Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Experience designing for large-format digital displays and outdoor advertising
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create motion graphics and short video content for LED screens
- Portfolio demonstrating outdoor / digital advertising work
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design or advertising
Contract Management Professional

Manage advertising contracts, vendor agreements, and client partnerships across our growing network. Ensure smooth operations between ADcaste, screen owners, and advertising clients.
Requirements
- Experience in contract management, procurement, or vendor relations
- Strong understanding of commercial contract terms and legal frameworks
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in managing contract lifecycles and documentation
- Knowledge of advertising or media industry contracts (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in contract management or related role
Legal Advisor
📍 Noida
Provide legal counsel on advertising regulations, intellectual property, contracts, and corporate compliance. Support ADcaste's expansion while ensuring full regulatory adherence.
Requirements
- Law degree (LLB) with Bar Council registration
- Experience in advertising law, media law, or corporate law
- Knowledge of ASCI guidelines, IT Act, and Consumer Protection Act
- Ability to draft and review commercial contracts and service agreements
- Experience with intellectual property rights and trademark matters
- 3+ years of legal practice or in-house counsel experience
Digital Campaign Manager
📍 Noida / Remote
Plan, execute, and optimise DOOH advertising campaigns across our network. Work directly with clients to deliver exceptional campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements
- Experience in digital advertising, media planning, or campaign management
- Understanding of DOOH/OOH advertising metrics and measurement
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data-driven decision making
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in advertising or media
Media Sales Executive
📍 Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Bangalore
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new advertising clients and managing key accounts. Build relationships with brands, agencies, and media buyers to expand ADcaste's reach.
Requirements
- Proven track record in advertising sales, media sales, or B2B sales
- Strong network within the advertising, marketing, or media industry
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Understanding of outdoor advertising, DOOH, and digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and travel within assigned territory
- 2+ years of experience in advertising or media sales
