These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, platform, and digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising services provided by ADcaste Media Solution Pvt. Ltd. ("ADcaste", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

ADcaste operates a digital out-of-home advertising network comprising 5,000+ digital screens across 50+ cities in India. Our services include:

• Digital billboard and screen advertising placement
• Media planning and campaign strategy
• Campaign management, scheduling, and optimisation
• Real-time analytics and performance reporting
• Creative consultation and content guidelines

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Advertiser Obligations

As an advertiser using ADcaste's services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all enquiries and campaign briefs
• Ensure all advertising content complies with applicable Indian advertising laws, regulations, and the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) guidelines
• Not submit content that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or promotes illegal activities
• Obtain all necessary licences, permissions, and intellectual property rights for the content you wish to display
• Provide campaign creatives in the required format and resolution as specified by ADcaste

4. Content Review and Approval

ADcaste reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any advertising content submitted for display on our network. We may refuse or remove content that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, applicable laws, or our content policies. Rejection of content does not constitute a breach of contract.

5. Campaign Scheduling and Delivery

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver campaigns as per the agreed schedule and locations. However, campaign delivery may be affected by technical issues, force majeure events, regulatory requirements, or screen maintenance. In such cases, ADcaste will endeavour to provide alternative placements or schedule adjustments.

6. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST)
• Payment terms are as specified in the campaign agreement or invoice
• Advance payment may be required for first-time advertisers
• Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
• ADcaste reserves the right to suspend campaigns for overdue payments

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the ADcaste website are the intellectual property of ADcaste Media Solution Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the advertising content you provide. By submitting content for display, you grant ADcaste a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and transmit the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the advertising campaign.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADcaste's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific campaign in question. ADcaste shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADcaste, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your advertising content, or your use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a campaign agreement with written notice as specified in the campaign contract. ADcaste may immediately terminate or suspend services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Modifications

ADcaste reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
