Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for advertising campaigns booked through our platform.
1. Campaign Cancellation Before Launch
If you cancel a campaign before it goes live on our screen network:
- More than 7 days before launch — Full refund of the campaign fee, minus any non-recoverable administrative costs (up to 5% of the total)
- 3–7 days before launch — 75% refund of the campaign fee
- Less than 3 days before launch — 50% refund of the campaign fee
- On launch day or after — No refund is available once the campaign has commenced
2. Service Delivery Issues
If ADcaste fails to deliver the campaign as agreed, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Qualifying situations include:
- Screens not displaying your content during the agreed campaign period due to ADcaste's fault
- Significant discrepancy between agreed and actual campaign impressions (more than 20% shortfall)
- Campaign displayed in incorrect locations not agreed upon in the media plan
- Technical failures on ADcaste's network resulting in no display for an extended period
In cases of partial delivery failure, ADcaste may offer make-good placements (alternative screen time) instead of a monetary refund, subject to mutual agreement.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Campaign was delivered as agreed but did not achieve the advertiser's desired results or performance expectations
- Content was rejected due to non-compliance with advertising regulations or ADcaste's content policies
- Campaign disruption caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, riots, pandemics, etc.)
- Partial display interruption due to scheduled screen maintenance (if notification was provided in advance)
- Advertiser-requested changes to campaign creative or schedule after the campaign has commenced
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our team with:
- Your campaign ID or booking reference number
- Company name and contact details
- Reason for the refund request with supporting details
- Any relevant documentation or screenshots

5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days of receipt
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit card)
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to our management team at query@adcaste.com with the subject line "Refund Escalation". We will review escalated cases within 10 business days and provide a final resolution.
7. Modifications to This Policy
ADcaste reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your campaign booking will apply to that campaign.
